Not another one-size-fits-all tool: built around your process. Seven years of experience in WhatsApp and AI implementations.
Companies we work with
Companies come to us with concrete challenges. Here are four examples.
SUPPLIER INTEGRATION
We fetch product info from suppliers on Discord, Telegram and other sources. We translate it and send it to the client, who forwards it to their WhatsApp sales groups.
AI AGENT
We build an AI agent that communicates with your employees through WhatsApp. It works internationally and guards your workflows from one central channel.
WHATSAPP LAYER
Platforms and service providers want to use the most popular channel. We offer WhatsApp as an extra layer for activation and reactivation of users.
SYSTEM INTEGRATION
We connect your system to WhatsApp and make sure the message is ready. Then we build further to spec. The automation keeps running reliably.
Where attention lives
No other channel gives you a chance to be seen without noise and get a reply from your customer.
WhatsApp is opened on average every 40 minutes !

AI at Overtoom
Making sure your AI runs reliably in production, with tools, memory, observability and fallbacks, that is engineering. We build that harness around your model, so it stays on track and you can count on AI instead of hoping.
Tools
Agents call your CRM, ERP or calendar. No prompt tricks.
Memory
Context that persists, across sessions and channels.
Observability
See what the agent did, why, and where it had to escalate.
“Overtoom connected our AFAS and makes sure we use AI in a way we can truly rely on.”
Email vs WhatsApp
Inboxes drown in promos and noise. WhatsApp stays the channel for the people you trust, and that's where your message lands too.
